Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations across multiple business locations
• Lead, manage, and support staff teams
• Ensure excellent customer service and business performance
• Handle rostering, recruitment, and staff training
• Monitor sales, operations, and workplace standards
• Negotiate and deal with leasing matters when required
• Problem-solving and managing responsibilities professionally
• Maintain strong communication with management and teams

Requirements

• Previous management experience is essential
• Strong leadership and organisational skills
• Ability to manage multiple businesses and teams
• Professional, reliable, and trustworthy
• Experience in beauty, retail, hospitality, or service industries is preferred
• Able to negotiate and communicate confidently with landlords and business partners
• Strong customer service and operational management skills
