Salon Manager

We are looking for an experienced Salon Manager to lead day-to-day operations, manage our team, and deliver an exceptional client experience across our Plainland and Hatton Vale locations.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

• Overseeing daily salon operations including staff scheduling, inventory, and client experience
• Leading, mentoring, and developing a team of beauty professionals
• Driving sales targets and service quality standards
• Managing client complaints and ensuring high satisfaction
• Ensuring compliance with workplace health and safety requirements
• Reporting on salon performance and contributing to business growth strategies

Skills & Experience Required

• Minimum 2 years management experience in a beauty, wellness, or retail environment
• Strong leadership and team development skills
• Proven ability to manage budgets and meet KPIs
• Excellent communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills
• Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends
