Alura Beauty is a premium wellness and massage clinic in Lithgow NSW, offering remedial, relaxation and specialty massage treatments within a professional and client-focused environment. Due to business growth and increasing demand for therapeutic services, we are seeking a qualified Massage Therapist to join our team on a full-time basis.
About the Role
The successful candidate will provide therapeutic and remedial massage treatments tailored to individual client needs, with a strong focus on musculoskeletal pain management, sports recovery and holistic wellness support.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct detailed client assessments, including review of medical history, posture and muscular condition
- Deliver remedial massage treatments addressing soft tissue dysfunction, muscular tension and injury-related pain
- Apply advanced techniques such as deep tissue massage, sports muscle therapy and trigger point therapy
- Provide acupressure and meridian-based therapeutic treatments where appropriate
- Assist clients experiencing neck, shoulder and back pain, limb numbness, headaches and stress-related conditions
- Develop individualised treatment plans and provide stretching, rehabilitation and wellness advice
- Maintain accurate client treatment records and ensure compliance with health and safety standards
- Support a calm and professional clinic environment aligned with our wellness brand
Essential Requirements
- Relevant qualification in Remedial Massage, Therapeutic Massage or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years full-time relevant experience in therapeutic or remedial massage
- Demonstrated experience in acupressure, sports muscle therapy or musculoskeletal pain management
- Strong understanding of anatomy and soft tissue treatment techniques
- Professional communication and client consultation skills
- Commitment to ongoing professional development
